Gala Hernández López
Born in 1993. Lives and works in Paris.
Gala Hernández López is an artist, filmmaker, and researcher.
Her work critically analyzes the new modes of subjectivation produced by computational capitalism. Her films have been screened at numerous international festivals (Cannes, Berlin, Rotterdam, Sarajevo...) and institutions around the world (Berlinische Galerie, Palais de Tokyo...). Her film La Mécanique des fluides won the César Award for Best Documentary Short Film in France in 2024.
