Anne Deguelle

Born in 1943. Lives and works between Paris and Saint-André de Najac.

Anne Deguelle explores the nature and contours of iconic 20th-century works. Drawing on details overlooked by art history, she examines the meaning behind the concepts of art and the artwork. Her work, based on collecting, extends into self-archeology, blending inquiry, personal memory, and poetic re-enchantment. Her research has resulted in works featured in numerous public and international collections.

Presented by L’Atelier Blanc, contemporary art in Aveyron.
