Charlie Aubry
Born in 1990. Lives between Paris and Turin (Italy).
A graduate of the isdaT in Toulouse, Charlie Aubry has developed a practice that blends visual arts, sound, electronics, and performance. Through sculptural, sound, and digital installations, he explores the interactions between technology, public space, and collective participation, in relation to territorial, social, and ecological issues.
At the same time, he conducts experimental musical research and has a longstanding collaboration with the Maguy Marin dance company. His work has been presented in numerous institutions in France and abroad. A former resident of the Villa Médicis (2021–2022), he will join the Villa Kujoyama in 2026.
