Projection de "Yo la busco" de Sara Gutiérrez Galve

ARTE and the Cinespaña Festival present the film Yo la busco by Sara Gutiérrez Galve (2018, 85 min.), starring Dani Casellas, Laia Vidal, Oriol Esquerda, and Marta Cañas, at the Auditorium of the José Cabanis Media Library on Saturday, May 30, at 5:00 PM.

Max is in his early thirties and lives with Emma, his closest friend. A rift between them sparks doubts and restlessness in Max, driving him out into the streets at midnight. Yo la busco depicts a creative friendship, its unraveling, as well as Max’s strange and transformative nighttime journey through Barcelona.

Winner of the 2025 European Audience Award at the 10th edition of the ArteKino Festival, Yo la busco is presented as part of a special screening organized with ARTE in collaboration with Cinespaña.

Cinespaña is the must-attend event of the fall season in Toulouse and the Occitanie region, offering an opportunity each year to discover new trends in Spanish and Portuguese cinema through a rich and varied program (next edition October 2–11, 2026).

Launched in 2016 by ARTE, the ArteKino Festival is an innovative online event aimed at film lovers and audiences across Europe who are eager to discover a selection of some of the most stimulating and original European productions.
