Could Toulouse, known as the Pink City, turn red? An historical, dramatized and scientific tour of Les Carmes with a Toulouse Métropole urban climatologist (Guillaume Dumas), historian (Sonia Moussay) and actor (Fabrice Guérin), focusing on climate and the city. Co-organized with En Quête de Patrimoine and La Façon.
